Muratec to Sponsor BTA East Grand Slam Event

Muratec is proud to sponsor the upcoming BTA East Grand Slam district event that is taking place Oct. 2-3, 2012, at the Doral Arrowwood Resort in Rye Brook, N.Y. This event will be a great setting to learn from industry leaders, gather new ideas and network with your peers.

The event schedule also includes time for fun! Attendees will see the Boston Red Sox take on the New York Yankees from the vantage point of a private suite in Yankee Stadium. In addition, tee times have been reserved for Tuesday, Oct. 2, at the Doral Arrowwood's golf course, which is critically acclaimed as one of the most difficult in the country.

Muratec’s Jim D’Emidio will be a featured panelist for the “What is Big Data and Why Should You Be Aware?” session at the upcoming World Expo 2012.

Demo Video Contest

Get excited everyone! From July 2 - August 31 we will be holding a demo video contest! The contest is open to all reps currently employed at a Muratec authorized dealer.

Contest Rules:

1. The contest will run from July 1 - August 31 and winners will be announced on October 1.
2. Demos can be of any current Muratec machine or machine feature.
3. All submissions must be under 2 minutes.
4. Videos will be judged on overall presentation, creativity and content.
5. The grand prize will be a $500 Amex gift card, 2^nd and 3^rd place will receive $250 Amex gift cards and 5 other videos will win $50 Amex gift cards.
6. Muratec will have full rights over all submissions for use on the web and for marketing purposes.
7. All videos should be in one of the following formats: mp4, wmv, avi.

How to Submit:

To submit a video, email Tierney Gonzalez at tgonzalez@muratec.com; once you are added as a user to the contest’s share folder, you will receive a notification from dropbox.com where you can create a free account and upload your video submission.

World Expo 2012 is Coming

Preparations are picking up for July's World Expo 2012 in Las Vegas, NV. Muratec will have MFP products, managed document services tools and document management solutions on display, as well as several representatives on hand to answer your questions and preview our exciting new products set to launch this Fall.
